It has been two weeks since cars no longer needed to carry a tax disc, yet on roads up and down the country, nearly all still have them sitting
in the corner of the windscreen. This could be down to the fact ripping the sticky holder off the screen may leave a mark and some may just not be able to part with the beloved paper circle – others have just forgotten it’s even there.
